Meltingpoint explores the temporary nature of ice, abstractly relating the current environmental crisis of mother earth to trauma held in the human body. manipulated pinhole photographs of ice become evocative of x-ray imagery, flung limbs, and the female labia. meltingpoint investigates the connection of pain and violation in the human body to the pain that lives in the depths of the earth we are born from.
