Each of my journals is unique, and carefully created. Handmade from start to finish, the paper is cut, carefully folded, and methodically pierced for sewing. Each section (signature) is then sewn to the the next, glued, and ready to be covered. The covers are flexible and covered in a canvas style book cloth, and each one is hand painted. No two are exactly the same! The intention behind this project is to create a small work of art that you can use every day, carry with you, and find inspiration in. You are a collaborator in this journal-- with your words, the marks you make in the pages, and the places you take it.
